Button to lock hidden in settings? Charge speed is per phase instead of actual amperage. 1-phase only in surplus. Vague descriptions or even lack thereof. Better status indication and descriptions required. Don't add other smart devices, it will control them without your permission. Like a dishwasher you set a timer for at night suddenly just starts?? When you mention this to their support it's "working as intended, not changing". Ok.. nice way to improve the experience...

Overflow of useless data, you can't set a limit on the amount of kW the charging station can use. This would be more usefull than the current smart shedule settings... Some settings are hard to find or difficult to understand... Also if you want to charge with only the surplus from solar panels, it will straight up ignore this setting during the night, so be prepared for unwanted costs due too this app. Terrible app!!!

My Smappee hardware has been working fine since 2017. Initially it was exciting to find new appliances. With this new app though, no appliances are found and the visualisations are gone. I have switches and they are good, but very limited data is available from them. For instance I can't see the power usage over a specific time period. For my system, I'd probably get the same or better info from a much cheaper device.
