As a result, the load on dispatchers increased, which affected the efficiency of the management company. We were also often asked questions like "why do I see some applications that I did not create?". As a result, it was decided to exclude this functionality from the application. it does not solve the problem for which it was created, but instead creates new problems.
We do not interfere in politics between the Managing Organization and the owners - this will lead to the refusal of the Managing Organization from our system. As a result, all residents of the house will lose all the functionality provided by Dom Online. Also keep in mind that if you change the Managing Organization, then there is no guarantee that the new Managing Organization will agree to use the Dom Online service.
If you want to control the Managing Organization in terms of the execution of applications - create applications with the type "application to the office" to provide a report on the execution of applications for a certain period.
