The app is extremely bare bones and doesn't ever, EVER, notify me if the litter box bin is full. I've checked the settings dozens of times and everything is correct. In fact, it will notify me immediately if the internet goes down, so I KNOW it will send me notifications, but the absolute most important one apparently is too difficult to send. It only shows information for a few days back and there's no way to save it. It's very frustrating.

Need to be able to set the delayed clean option for longer than 2 minutes. The box always gets cemented cat pee on the sides because that is not long enough for the litter to clump completely. I have another brand (meowant) and it works perfectly set at 10 minutes.

i hate itm can't connect the app and it's super small inside. yeah it's quiet but I dont care about noise. I want function. debating on returning. I'm super disappointed in this after how it was to out together. never in my life...... come on china made get it together. 4 buttons that do nothing but clean clear or ignore. and not connect. and display is not attractive not make any sense.
