Hana is the official customer app and transportation platform in Iraq.

With Hana, you can:

• Sign in with your phone number
• Set pickup and destination on the map
• Book local rides within your city
• Book intercity rides and choose a vehicle type
• Track your driver on the map during the trip
• Chat with your driver during an active ride
• Pay by cash or available payment methods
• Rate your trip after completion
• View your ride history
• Save favorite locations
• Book a ride for someone else
• Receive trip status notifications
• Switch language: Arabic, Kurdish (Sorani), or English

Note: This app is for customers only. Drivers use the separate Hana Driver app.

Location access is required to set your pickup point and track active trips.
