The Patent Pending SmartPour wireless form tie load monitoring system displays concrete form pressures and loads in real time. It is the first independent load monitoring device that works universally on any concrete form system and with any form tie.

The SmartPour load monitoring system removes all the mystery of novel and non standard mix designs like SCC, high slag or fly ash, mixes with retarders, cold weather, etc and how the setup in the formwork.

SmartPour will also reveal how vibration effects form tie loads, if the lower lift is re-liquified.

SmartPour will work with any formwork system. The built in preset and/or customizable alarms will send push notifications to the app as critical pressures are being reached.

The selectable form tie options will preset alarm loads or can be modified for specific applications. By entering the adjacent tie locations in the Smart Pour app, the app will enable real time concrete form PSF read outs to help stay within design limits set by the form work designer in the construction drawings.

Smart Pour makes any concrete form tie intelligent and greatly increases on site safety and productivity.
