I can't think of a practical use for this app. It tells you when to change your filter... Ok. It will tell you if your pan is overflowing, but you would definitely notice the problem without this app. The only good thing is it gives you statistics, but it's nothing a smart thermostat couldn't do and without the subscription that comes with this. It also requires you to let it sap your wifi with a direct connection hub. The privacy policy also ambiguously states it tracks your "online activity."

app size does not adjust to or work well with Samsung fold. AC tech as witness, we tried to adjust font/display settings to locate all the app features due to them not appearing as they should and being inaccessible
