Once again the customer service is stellar. This time I had a gentleman by the name of Jacobi that took good care of my home. He answered all my questions and had a soul. Very pleasant experience and I would like him also to come to my house again if I have anymore issues. Now theres 3 techs that's my go too when I have issues

Yesterday, 6/19/25, I received excellent service from Billy Solis, Isaiah Hernandez, and Johnny. They arrived early and were very friendly. Our old system was a mess, and it took an effort to remove it from our home. They installed our new system and listened to our concerns. I am grateful.

my hub is constantly going offline, I am tired of trying to get it back online . I feel these sensors are useless and would like to terminate this !
