Ratings and reviews

Absolute rubbish. The developers of this app have a flailing understanding of coding. What was a bad app has now rendered the vacuum robot COMPLETELY useless after the latest firmware update. It just goes round in circles aimlessly and does not cover more than a radius of 1 metre (3ft). Total waste of money. Might as well have chucked $250 in the bin.

After resetting my Router, the robot vacuum cleaner is unable to connect. The App is useless. Trying for 2 days to add the RVC to the app! I did all the steps and nothing. The app was last updated on 2021!

Underwhelming. Playback never works. Picture quality is just ok and the audio sounds like someone talking into a coffee cup. But, I guess you get your money's worth....
