The Conta365 application is built strictly on the basis of the indications from the accountants and we want a platform that provides support in managing the existing information between the entrepreneur and the accountant.
It offers the entrepreneur a clear set of data that he needs in his activity, nothing more and more complex than that (graphs and tables regarding the financial-fiscal situation of his entity, statements regarding the evolution of income/expenses, the situation of receivables , suppliers to be paid, the possibility of viewing invoices received in SPV, the possibility of issuing invoices and sending them in RO e-Invoice, but also many others)
For the professional accountant, however, the situation is much broader. It can manage the client portfolio much more clearly, it can manage information regarding the situation of monthly statements, payment obligations related to its clients, it can manage the part of human resources offered as an additional service, it can import into its own software the invoices issued / received by its partner, but the most importantly, he can manage the communication he has on each accounting file processed and with a simple upload of a balance in the application he can provide the maximum of information to his client without any additional effort.
