Main aim of used panda app is cheating the customer and the money, for this they can go and beg the money somewhere. i ordered a pre owned premium condition mobile as international version as they mentioned in their describtion, but they sent me a korean version phone, i have the screenshot proof for all, i gave the return request for the same day, no response from them. what i irritate service. one humble request for all, please don't go with used panda, instead you can go to any other shop.

Received perfect item from the usedpanda. The price is also reasonable and item delivered within 2 days. The customer support was also great as I have requested to provide me the item with above 95% battery. They provided me multiple items with original pictures and I have selected one of them. I haven't seen this much of cooperation on any other ecommerce platform. The website looks new but I am pretty sure they will soon capture the market due to extra ordinary support. Keep up the same pace.

I bought Samsung s22plus, and they say it's 5G, which is not 5G, not up to a month, the phone start to hanging.
