I ordered an item from the site but to my surprise the item wasn't in their store, ordered again another item that I haven't received up-to-date, no follow up from them, Poor service by their delivery company who don't care about client's need to use at item ordered. I'm very disappointed and its the worst site I have ever used as per my experience in online purchases.

Hello, This has been the most disappointing experience I have ever had with an online store. I demand a full refund immediately. You sold me a faulty phone, and after returning it, you still refused to refund my money. Instead, you continue to claim that I must pay for an LCD screen without providing any proof. Now you are asking me to pay an additional AED 360. This is unacceptable.
