I ordered an item from the site but to my surprise the item wasn't in their store, ordered again another item that I haven't received up-to-date, no follow up from them, Poor service by their delivery company who don't care about client's need to use at item ordered. I'm very disappointed and its the worst site I have ever used as per my experience in online purchases.

Hello, This has been the most disappointing experience I have ever had with an online store. I demand a full refund immediately. You sold me a faulty phone, and after returning it, you still refused to refund my money. Instead, you continue to claim that I must pay for an LCD screen without providing any proof. Now you are asking me to pay an additional AED 360. This is unacceptable.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from UsedPanda and the device failed within two weeks. Despite their advertised 12‑month warranty, they refused to cover the defect, claiming “internal components” are excluded. This contradicts their own warranty policy, which states defects in parts or workmanship under normal use are covered. Customers should be aware that warranty promises may not be honored
