The customer support was also great as I have requested to provide me the item with above 95% battery. They provided me multiple items with original pictures and I have selected one of them. I haven't seen this much of cooperation on any other ecommerce platform. The website looks new but I am pretty sure they will soon capture the market due to extra ordinary support.
