I have to get too close to the bird for this to work. It might be the fault of my Samsung Android microphone. I don't know. But I live in a jungle type area and getting so close, as they'll usually go quiet with that too, is just too hard. I didn't rate lower as I don't truly know where the failure is. Disappointing, do hopeful and live in a foreign country where I hardly know any of the birds. And almost always can only hear them, not see to identify otherwise.

So far this app has been really interesting! I definitely recommend it for anyone interested in the birds around them! It's been very informative, with quick identification that seems pretty accurate. I only had one that didn't identify properly and it honestly wasn't a very good picture to start with. The quizzes are a fun addition too, and I enjoy the inclusion of the bird song ID.

It's so easy to use. I love looking up birds unfamiliar to me and listening to their bird calls. I also use the bird calls at home to attract different species to my yard- It works all the time! I love the ease of identifying the different birds when I travel around the world and being able to keep a list. The customer service is unlike any other: they are so fast to respond to help you get the most out of your experience. It's my favorite app. 🐦
