Ratings and reviews

Hospitable on the web and their product is great. However, since rebranding as Hospitable and updating this app, I have had routine issues getting into the app. I will open and it goes through the loading splash screen forever, never opens. Clear data and does the same thing. Uninstall/reinstall and same thing. Would like to see it get back to being as stable as it was under smartbnb branding.

I like the functionality, but the app doesn't open most of the time. Makes things difficult when I do most of my business on my cell phone. Hard to get to a PC sometimes. Like others, I noticed this after they switched over to Hospitable.

Have the hardest time logging into the app now since the switch to hospitable from Smartbnb. Never had this issue before. And doing business on the ph is the easiest way and this is not convenient anymore.
