So far so good. Easy to install and scanning my voucher worked great. Some issues when changing between options (from my gift boxes to settings or help or the others) as the image trembles for a few seconds until new screen displays. Only thing not happy with is that the App stays log in, which may be a security issue, but if I log out it does not saved the email address which is tedious to write each time you want to log in. Maybe it can be look into for the app to log out after inactivity and to log in back just by writing the password.

ripp off. first, all hotels I wanted to visit outside of Spain werent bookable far in advance so planning with smartbox is poor. also, you can get a cheaper rate for the same room for far less many times booking direct with motel. I was shocked, your spending more money than you need to. Smartbox is one of the biggest consumer ripoffs around. save your money. chose where you want to go, when you want to go planning yourself. if you get smartbox as a gift dont open it, return it.

It was the worst user experience ever. Back always exits the current booking process instead of going back to the map, and when you finally choose something, you can't book anything. You are asked to call or send an email; clicking email gives you an error, by the way. Avoid any vouchers from this if you can.
