Overall, the process was quick and smooth. At first, the app absolutely would not find the OBD dongle. After restarting the app, though the app found it right away. Everything from there on was smooth. I followed all the directions and had a working replacement key in about 5 minutes. I was able to test all of the buttons and start the engine without incident. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the data collection (name, phone #, email, zip, etc).They should only need that IF I need support

Used on 2019 Chevy Sonic (Push Start). Plugged in the device, followed the prompts on the app, kept the key and bluetooth-enabled phone nearby, and was done in about 20 min. I was surprised how smoothly it went. There are indeed a lot of steps where something could potentially go wrong, so I get why others may have had issues. It did have some sort of assistance options throughout the process though, so that was reassuring.

I bought it in Walmart Keyme, and after realizing about the app and the review, my hopes drop significantly. After multiple weeks, I gave it a try. It didn't work the first time, but the third time it worked, unfortunately, my original key is not programmed anymore due to this programming method, so I might have to do the process again or called their tech department. I'll give it a good rating, but there's room for improvement.
