• Scan QR codes to instantly view equipment information — model, status, expiration date, installation location, and complete inspection/maintenance history.
• Check certification status and receive alerts when maintenance is nearing completion or expiration.
• Verify installation location using GPS — check that the equipment is at the registered location.
• Map showing the locations of all equipment in the system.
• Assign and track tasks (installation/inspection/repair/relocation) to staff.
• In-app job approval. Photo attachment required.

👥 Supports 3 Roles:
• General User (Device Owner) — Scan QR code to view device information and history. Show your QR code to staff.
• Staff — Install and maintain equipment according to assigned tasks.
• Administrator — Manage devices, tasks, users, and view the overall system on a map.

🛡️ Privacy and Security:
• Data transmission is encrypted (HTTPS).
• Users can deactivate their accounts in the app or request permanent data deletion at any time.

📷 Permissions:
• Camera — For scanning device QR codes.
• Location — For verifying installation location during scanning.
