MAIN FEATURES

📋 CLOCK IN/OUT
Employees clock in/out by scanning the QR Code affixed to their workstation. Automatic clocking in/out with date, time, and location — works even offline (syncs when reconnected).

🗺️ SMART WORK SCHEDULE
The app automatically recognizes the type of clocking in/out (entry, break exit, return, and final exit) based on the person's scheduled time and triggers alerts when someone clocks in/out outside of their scheduled time.

⏰ AUTOMATIC REMINDERS
Notifications 5 minutes before each expected clocking in/out, so you don't forget.

📦 MATERIAL ORDERS
Employees request cleaning materials and products directly through the app. They can track approval, picking, and delivery in real time.

📅 SCHEDULES AND ALLOCATIONS
Each employee sees their weekly schedule and receives notifications when there is a change of post/location.

📲 TEAM NOTICES
Administration sends announcements directly through the app to the entire team.

🔐 SECURITY
Restricted access by phone + password. Only employees registered with Smart Clean are allowed entry.
