Scholar-SUITE

SMARTCODE TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED

About this app

ScholarSUITE puts your child's school on your phone - for parents, teachers, and students alike.

One app, everything a school day needs:

For parents and guardians

See grades, report cards, and attendance the moment they're recorded
Pay school fees directly by mobile money - no more standing in a bursar's queue
Get school announcements, fee reminders, and messages as they're sent
One login for every child you have - even across different schools
Track library books, transport, and health records your school keeps for your child

For teachers

Take attendance and record grades from your phone, between classes
View your timetable and class rosters at a glance
Log behavior notes and communicate with parents directly

For students

Check your own timetable, grades, and attendance
See library checkouts and upcoming assignments

Built for how schools actually run
ScholarSUITE is used by schools to manage academics, attendance, fees, communication, and more - the app is the window your family gets into that system, kept in sync in real time. Each school sets its own name, logo, and colors, so the app looks like your school, not ours.

Fees, done properly
Pay by mobile money directly from the app.

Built for schools across Africa
ScholarSUITE is built by Smartcode Technologies Ltd, an Africa-based team, for how schools across the continent actually run - flexible fee structures, mobile money payments, and the realities of running a school day to day.
