App crashes when I attempt to open it. Makes my autochicken door useless if I cannot access it via the app. Also tells me to turn on bluetooth when it does open on occassion, yet my door is on wifi and app tells me there needs some update, but it never updates. I have enabled notifications in app, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. This is getting tiring, for the cost of the door, I expect a better and more consistant working app to go with it.

This app crashes over and over. After the fix last year it worked fine but now it crashes again right when we really needed it and customer support is so slow we can't get things resolved. The latest crash says there is a developer bug that needs to be fixed and won't even connect to wifi.

UPDATE: Developer updated 10/13. I can now use my new door! ORIGINAL REVIEW 10/01/2023: I just purchased a new chicken coop that included an automatic door that requires this app. Per instructions, I downloaded and attempted to proceed with instructions for connecting this door. The app closes immediately each time I try to open it. I've uninstalled/reinstalled app; rebooted phone and still crashes. My phone gave me a message that app has a bug and wait for developer update.
