Ratings and reviews

Decent. One of the better credit monitoring apps out there, with some foibles. The scores are accurate and with the plan you get unlimited updates. However, I followed the recommendations for Score Boost and the results were only about a 50% increase in their projected points. Also, whenever you try to contact a creditor through their "instant delivery" facility, you get a letter back from the creditor stating they don't take action from credit repair company requests.

Horrible. I gave it 90 dlays to see what it could do. This didn't help my score not even 1 point after 30 days. I got 0 responses from the actions taken here. This was a waste of 29.95 a month. I wish they had a money back guarantee. You have to search through FAQ to fond out how to cancel. It's not easy to cancel. They try to sell you on three different pages different products before you can finally cancel. Maybe this works for some but for me it was DOG POO.

Trying to link my credit card accounts yet after logging into the credit card site instead of moving forward it loops back to the sign in screen for SmartCredit. please someone fix this.
