After two days of normal operation, the alarm panel although is connected on the network, it is shown offline. It keeps sending notification to the app but I cannot have any control on it. I am surprised to read about so many problems from users and nobody from the manufacturing company gives any response.

In the recent update, I lost my connection to the alarm panel without being able to retrieve it. It only send notifications now and then, but when I open the app it says I don't have any device connected. Before the update it worked okay. It would be great if you could integrate it to google home. Please fix it asap
