I bought an item that wasn't the same as the picture. In addition, the parts came stuck together. They took it and pried it open and damaged it in the process. I reached out over 5 times to have them take it back and they ignored me every single time. Trust me when I tell you, you're better off buying from somewhere else. Ishtari has a long way to go in terms of customer service. Will never buy anything from them again & will tell everyone I know not to. Hope this one star was worth 230,000 lbp!

This application offers many useful and well-priced products. While some items may feel slightly overpriced, overall the experience has been very positive. I purchased electronics, and the quality was excellent and exceeded my expectations. However, regarding furniture items, I would recommend using more realistic images, as the actual size received was smaller compared to what was shown in the application images. In general, I have placed more than five orders through this app, and i'm satisfy.

Ishtari’s delivery was very slow, taking more than 10 days. The product quality also did not match the HD images shown on the app and website. Nevertheless, the after-sales customer service is quite good, but it is slow and inefficient.
