I bought an item that wasn't the same as the picture. In addition, the parts came stuck together. They took it and pried it open and damaged it in the process. I reached out over 5 times to have them take it back and they ignored me every single time. Trust me when I tell you, you're better off buying from somewhere else. Ishtari has a long way to go in terms of customer service. Will never buy anything from them again & will tell everyone I know not to. Hope this one star was worth 230,000 lbp!

One of the best online stores in Lebanon! I use it frequently and have always had a good experience. In my last purchase, I ordered multiple products and overall everything was great. One item had a small defect, but after I contacted customer support and sent a few pictures, they quickly arranged a replacement without any hassle and with no additional delivery fees or extra charges. Overall, good products, good prices, and a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!
