I bought an item that wasn't the same as the picture. In addition, the parts came stuck together. They took it and pried it open and damaged it in the process. I reached out over 5 times to have them take it back and they ignored me every single time. Trust me when I tell you, you're better off buying from somewhere else. Ishtari has a long way to go in terms of customer service. Will never buy anything from them again & will tell everyone I know not to. Hope this one star was worth 230,000 lbp!

Poor service. I gave my address, digital address, and geolocation, and they still tried to tell me to give directions to the courier from their warehouse. One rep called and said the item will come on Monday, then on Saturday a rep calls me and asks if I'm around to deliver. I was away in a remote location since I wasn't expecting delivery. They ended up never following up again or trying to deliver the product.

So I ordered from ishtari, driver was inaccurate in time, failed mutiple times to deliver to my house or another location that I gave. more than 5 days, and ishtari can't solve the problem. I made more than 20 phone calls to them to solve it, I felt I'm working for them. worst shopping experience ever. stressful and a total waste of time.
