I can't log in at all since I downloaded the app. It sends me to my browser, I do the verification there, everything fine (not to mention that logging in the first time was a pain - not recognising my credentials and had to recover the pass which wasn't really set to begin with... I know, mind-blowing 🤯) but the app is totally useless

Update: my below issue has now been resolved. In my experience, the app is okay and gets the job done. However, I recently initiated a pension transfer from a different provider. More than 6 weeks passed without any progress. I raised a ticket via the app to query the progress of my transfer. It's been over 3 weeks and I've heard nothing. I have a previous, unrelated, ticket which also hasn't been resolved for months now. Not cool.

Even though I have activated the account, the app continues to send me to download the app and activate my account to see my pension. I will cancel the whole thing, it is sketchy..
