About this app

SmartEx Business Reports is the official companion app for the SmartEx
ERP and Point-of-Sale system by Eilintek.

It is designed for business owners and managers who already use SmartEx
in their shop, restaurant or company, and who need to follow their
figures while away from the office.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Invoice Report — every sales invoice for any date range, with totals
by cash, card and credit.
- Item Sales Report — quantities and revenue per item, so you can see
what actually moves.
- Daily Sales Summary — a day-by-day breakdown of the period.
- Shift Report — opening and closing figures for each shift, including
shifts that are still open right now.
- Staff Sales Report — performance per sales representative, broken
down by item.

Every report can be filtered by date, exported to CSV, and printed
directly from the phone.

HOW IT WORKS

The app connects securely over HTTPS to your own SmartEx installation.
You sign in with the company code, username and password issued by your
administrator. No data is stored on the phone.

IMPORTANT

This app requires an existing SmartEx POS / ERP subscription and login
credentials supplied by Eilintek. It is not usable on its own.
