PLANNING

OPERATIONS

Create and manage weekly work orders with status tracking: Pending, In Progress, Completed, and Reported. Choose from 7 traditional types and 7 specific to potatoes, including soil preparation, planting, fertilization, spraying, harvesting, irrigation, and more.

Assign personnel, machinery, and implements. Filter by status, type, or collaborator. Navigate between weeks and work offline thanks to offline support.

FINANCE

Record purchase and sales transactions, shipping documents, credit notes, and services. Search by document number, supplier, or customer. Monitor the payment status of each transaction. Create detailed transactions with lines for seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, harvested products, spare parts, fuel, and lubricants. Upload invoices and automatically extract data with artificial intelligence.

INVENTORY

Review inventory by warehouse, organized into seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, and harvested products. Track batches with unique identifiers, expiration dates, unit prices, and production years. View the movement history by date range with detailed origin.

OBSERVATIONS
Record field observations classified by type: pests, diseases, weeds, and nutritional deficiencies. View the recent 90-day history and search by pasture or property.

PROFILE RECORD
Access the complete production history for each pasture by year. Review records of planting, harvesting, machinery use, fertilization, fumigation, irrigation, and quality parameters.
