I thought the app that controlled my other shades was bad until I had to use this one for a new shade. This one sucks! It doesn't even include a way to open the shades at sunrise or close at sunset like my other shades. I would give it negative stars if I could.

something got really broken in the last few month. now, the timer doesn't work as expected. this makes the app not only useless but harmful. for example, i scheduled an opening of the curtains on 9 am... and it opens them on 9 pm instead! if i try be smart and swap am for pm, it doesn't work either, the app doesn't close curtains at all 😤 i tried to reinstall it but it didn't help. and even without this issue, the app is not very well thought through, too many clicks to set timer 😒

Have you ever used the Philips hue apps, and their bridge? Yeah this is nothing like that. It's absolute trash with little to no troubleshooting on why your device doesn't connect. Regretting the 6k blinds purchase I just made that relies on this.
