Smart HR is an all‑in‑one HR app that helps small and growing companies run their team from one place — attendance, leave, payroll, expenses, tasks and more. Built for multiple companies, available in English and Lao, with a clean light and dark theme.

• GPS ATTENDANCE, YOUR WAY
Staff check in and out with GPS location, or optionally by scanning a workplace QR code or tapping an NFC tag. A kiosk mode turns a shared tablet into a front‑desk clock‑in station. Managers see who's in, who's late, and full attendance history in real time.

• LEAVE & TIME OFF
Request annual, sick and other leave in seconds. Admins approve or reject with one tap and always see the live balance. Public holidays are managed per company.

• PAYROLL, ADVANCES & EXPENSES
Generate and share pay slips, review salary‑advance and loan requests, and approve expense claims with receipts — all with your company's own currency (LAK, USD, THB or CNY).

• TASKS, WORK LOGS & TRAINING
Assign tasks, keep daily work logs by project, and track training and onboarding so nothing slips.

• RECOGNITION & TEAM CHAT
Celebrate great work on a recognition wall, and keep the team connected with built‑in company chat — including voice messages.
