I don't have the problems with wifi disconnect that many have described, but the biggest issue is not being able to select heat or cold BEFORE turning the units on. I have a 2 wall unit (Head unit) system, and if one is set for hot, and the other for cold, you get an error and one will not work until it gets reset. On the App, you basically have to turn the unit on before you can switch from hot to cold, or back. This can cause a lock-up on the unit.

Temperature control is crude at best giving a range of 6 degrees. Sometimes it doesn't turn on even though it says it's 2 degrees outside of range. The HVAC app is broke. It randomly forgets the calibration values entered and then remembers they're there later. The app doesn't turn the unit on when it should based on settings. I'm still trying to work on the issue but it is a mess.

I find it hilarious they completely forgot (or hid) the ability to delete comfy rules. kinda like they forgot to add the ability to uh... share it with other people? Sharing credentials is such a bad idea. The app is a bit confusing at weird, and doesn't work the way you would expect. For example, I tried to schedule a comfy time to only work at night, but it just doesn't work at all.
