This doesn't work seamlessly with the remote. the remote stays on what that one was on for a setting. I can't program the unit to turn off on cool mode, it just keeps cooling the house until I manually shut it off. Either something is wrong with my unit or it needs to be greatly improved. The unit does work well for cooling my house, something with the technology is holding it back.

I have the mr.Kohl's mini sprint at my property, and it has been wonderful to be able to control it hundreds of miles away. but the app has connectivity issues many times and not being on site has made it difficult.And there's a lot of unknown, if it is sucking energy, or if it's performing the way it should. but overall, it has been really nice to have at that control from so far away

I don't have the problems with wifi disconnect that many have described, but the biggest issue is not being able to select heat or cold BEFORE turning the units on. I have a 2 wall unit (Head unit) system, and if one is set for hot, and the other for cold, you get an error and one will not work until it gets reset. On the App, you basically have to turn the unit on before you can switch from hot to cold, or back. This can cause a lock-up on the unit.
