Smart IDEL is the app for independent nursing practices: organize your rounds, track your patients, and confirm your shift changes, all from your phone.

YOUR DAILY ROUTE
Ordered list of your patients, filterable by Morning/Midday/Evening, with an immediate overview of visits completed, pending, or canceled. Reorder them by dragging and dropping, call or text a patient or doctor with a single tap, and open the route in Maps.

CARE PLANS
Regular plans (weekly schedule at times) and occasional plans (customizable frequency), managed per patient, with multiple rounds if your practice has several.

7 CLINICAL PROTOCOLS
Vital monitoring, diabetes, dressings, anticoagulants, IV infusions, pill organizer, and daily living care: dedicated forms, tailored to real-world needs, linked to each care procedure.

VALIDATED RECORDING
Each visit is validated for each individual care session (done / to monitor) with a comment, then appears
in the practice's record — accessible to all your colleagues, including the history.

PATIENT RECORDS
Identity, contacts (doctors, trusted individuals), prescriptions, and health insurance cards
scanned, complete record history — PDF export of the record with one click.

IN ADDITION
Internal practice messaging, shared scheduling, tasks and memos per patient, alerts for
special care the next day, offline mode to continue your rounds without an internet connection.

SECURE
Encrypted connection, passwords never stored in plain text, each practice is strictly
segregated: you never see another practice's data.
