Cannot add hub, "Operation failed". No technical info. Instructions say the app will pop up to scan QR code from hub, but the app never allows or asks for camera access and you need to manually add the Hub code. Manually adding would be fine if it worked. The app just does not work as the instructions say, and just does not work at all for me. Sending back three 40 Watt fans. Don't buy their fans until they fix the app.

Nope, Today's update (10/25/2023) didn't fix this issue. There isn't a Permission setting for phone. So it won't let you use the app. I have gave the app permission to everything, contacts, camera, files and media, location and microphone. Still keeps asking for permissions. This is on a Samsung galaxy note 10 plus.

It handles essentials okay. With multiple fans, it would be nice to be able to name the thermostats. I'd also like to see the current fan status as on/off which I guess would really be showing you if the thermostat is telling it to be on or off.
