In 1984, we set up our head office in Mumbai and began reaching out across Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat and Karnataka. Whenever needed, we were there to ensure timely maintenance, servicing, repairs, even installation and supply of new systems.
In 2019, a new sector appeared on our horizon. We saw the need of our clients and expanded into Fire Protection and Safety. We are now proud to offer installation and commissioning services for Fire Fighting System & Equipment, Fire Alarm Protection System as well as Fire Security System.
In 2022, we launched a dedicated firm, OSEM MEP Solutions, to provide and ensure a supply of high quality spare parts and tool kits for Air Conditioning service.
We understand the key requirements of expertise, steadiness and technical support in the HVAC, Fire & Safety and Motor Service industries.
