Ratings and reviews

Booked a taxi (days in advance) for the airport, kind of important! Got a call from the driver 10 mins after scheduled pick up to ask of I still needed a cab (the app showed that no taxi was on its way). Obviously I had to quickly make alternative plans, and guess who turned up after 5 mins after booking? Uber to the rescue. Moral of the story is that Canberra Taxis are unreliable. Don't book in advance, because it will give you a false sense of security.

Simple installation and activation. Downloaded, installed, activated and a taxi booked in under 10 minutes. The near real-time updates showing which taxi is coming and from where is brilliant.

The app worked for one time only when I first installed it. This was a pre-lockdown purchase, and after a fairly underwhelming experience using this app, it hasn't worked for me since. I have forgotten my password and I have requested a new one. I'm still waiting for that bloody e-mail!
