I've been a smartone user since 2001( long time) but I noticed last month that I didnt used my 2 weeks data plan but my data plan ran out immediately. The signal is always been weak. I can't even used fb or watch reels, movies properly cant have a good conversation with family in phils when calls. you cant do anything to give a better service. i had enough using smartone and seems its time for me to find another network.

The signal is fine, but two days before the unlimited load is exhausted there is no data signal.And when points reach 200 or more the smart tone apps need to updated The signal is fine, but two days before the unlimited load is expired,there is no data signal can not used need to buy a load to continue again the data.And when its points reach 200 or more the smartone is need to update if can't, you will lose points that you can redeem for items

I don't know what's going on guys? I can't open all and it says to turn off WiFi and on the settings but it all same when I turn it off??? Is there something wrong on this app??? Can someone please help?? Why I have not been able to call? My sim says it is SOS?? IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS APP???
