terrible app. verification expires straight away. what gives? just cannot login.

2026 AI era and they are still sending SMS that you're overdue payment when you have already paid

The app is mainly used for SIM card under service plan. Before real name registration I can still go to the old interface for prepaid card and check the card balance and buy value added services. Yet after real name registration I can no longer go to the prepaid card interface, and providing my identity information to reset password doesn't work for me
