I bought these labels online to try and use for my comic collection. I downloaded the app using the QR code on the package and, while the app is free to download, if you want to use it they charge you $10 a month or $80 a year. There was nothing indicating this anywhere one the packaging or on the listing when I bought it on amazon. It literally says on the amazon page that this is a "storage solution without a subscription"

I love the concept of these, but the features are rather limited. The inability to mass delete boxes or to even delete a room is annoying, and you should be able to change/edit the names of the rooms once created. However, their customer service is excellent, and they were quick to respond and solve a problem I was having with none of my boxes loading.

Okay, first comment is that I AM using the app and the stickers for my move. BUT, the app is SUPER unstable, it locks up and has to be force stopped and reset about once every 15 to 30 minutes... And the success of scanning books is... Like 70%? MOST books come up fine when scanned, but 30% come up as different books or don't seem to exist at all... It's not great, but if you have the stickers, it works, just... Annoyingly.
