You can start planning your renovation budget right after the launch of Smeta Online. After a short registration, the user will see the main menu, divided into two main components - “Calculation of works” and “Calculation of materials”.
For ease of use, the functionality is divided into several roles (customer / contractor / supplier), there is also a division by status (individual / legal entity). Depending on the role, the capabilities of the interface are slightly changed.
The service contains a detailed list of types of work and all their components, which must be filled in one by one. The choice of one or another tab is accompanied by a demonstration of related works. For example, when calculating the cost of waterproofing the floor, "Smeta Online" will tell you that before that it is necessary to clean and prime it.
In addition to creating estimates for work, you can calculate building materials (Building calculator). Our service has a built-in calculator for building materials. With it, you can calculate the basic materials: GSL (drywall), plaster, putty, screed, other general construction works, electrical and plumbing.
After creating a document, you can save it, send it to third parties or print it. If necessary, you can transfer a document between contacts within the application.
The functionality described below will be available to you.
For customers:
- A convenient way to receive ready-made calculations from contractors and suppliers;
- All estimates and calculations of materials will be at hand;
- Implementation of internal correspondence, without using a personal mobile number, through an internal chat;
- Quick view of information on contractors (requisites and contact details), through the assigned contacts.
For contractors and suppliers:
- Make estimates of work;
- Make a calculation of materials - construction calculator (including a ready-made calculation of work);
- Use a ready-made database (works of materials prices) or create your own;
- Transfer ready-made documents within the service (between contacts) or print them;
- You will be able to communicate between customers and suppliers through an internal chat;
- Inside the service it is possible to add a contact. This makes it easier to attach details to the document. There will always be a client card with up-to-date information (requisites and contact details) and correspondence of dialogues on the object;
- Several documents can be combined under one project;
- In addition to the calculation of work and materials, new documents are gradually added (Act of work performed, Invoice for payment, Agreement, Unified price list, etc.);
- Soon there will be a separate service "Budget Planning", which will track all financial movements on the object and display the result in a convenient form through tables and diagrams;
- The service supports several currencies (dollars, euros, hryvnia, Belarusian rubles and tenge). Prices are converted at the current exchange rate;
- Data (works, prices and finished documents) are stored on the server and will not be lost if the phone is lost;
- Calculation can be divided by zones (rooms)
