About this app

Most PDF apps make you drag a tick around the screen until it sits inside the box. Smart PDF Filler reads the form first, finds every tick box, writing line and signature space, and then puts your mark exactly where it belongs. One tap, done.

It works on the forms people actually get: consent forms, school and club applications, tax and benefit paperwork, medical questionnaires, insurance claims. Scanned and photographed forms too, not just neat digital ones.

YOUR DOCUMENTS NEVER LEAVE YOUR PHONE
The forms you fill in are private: bank details, medical history, passport numbers. So this app was built to never need them. Everything happens on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account to create, and there is no tracking. Documents you choose to keep are encrypted on the phone and deleted automatically after the time you set. We cannot lose, sell or be hacked for documents we never have.

A NOTE ON SIGNATURES
The app places your signature on the document as an image. That is an electronic signature in the ordinary sense, fine for most everyday paperwork, but it is not a certified digital signature. If a document must be signed in a particular way, check with whoever asked you to sign it.

What’s new

The Open button now says "Open PDF or Word", so it is clear that Word documents can be opened as well as PDFs. Nothing else has changed.
