Ratings and reviews

It's a scam. If you're trying to get your passport photo, the app will show you a photo with your background removed by them and then reject the photo during review because you have background. A large reason for using this app is the background removal so I see no benefit to continuing to submit photos when they don't use the background removed photo during review. The process will ultimately waste your money and time. I recommend going elsewhere.

A highly efficient, excellent experience! Had a couple of photo rejections at first but the feedback ensured I got them right the next time. Speedy responses too, highly recommend!

Not comply with Malaysia passport photo standard, didn't check whether it's dark colour cloth and the photo need to show more of body. Wasted my money here , I got both my son and my photo get checked and verify ended up spending more money at the. Embassy, not recommend!
