My smart point device controller disconnected from my network. I can't reconnect it from the app, the device is never found by the app, I have verified that the device is in pairing mode, but the app doesn't even set it. I can't even ask for support, because they require you to select a paired device in the app in order to submit troubleshooting help requests. Please keep this in mind before downloading this app or using this product.

Bought it half price at WalMart ( original remote isn't working 🥺😢) I like the other people here are saying this thing ( even after watching YouTube video the guy even says the original instructions didn't work) this thing isn't working Do Better !!!!!!!!!! it lags Big time . just get the roku remote app that is so much easier ..at least i didn' t pay $30.00 on the so called smart home it was marked down to $9.00 if i still have receipt returning it getting something else .

Best Money Spent Since The Flowbee! I paid $20 for the Smart WiFi Universal Remote and it's the best money I've spent since I bought a Flowbee (a DIY hair cutting device worth it's weight in gold). Using this device, I can now control all of my devices using my phone. Not all of the buttons work immediately, but this device can learn new functions using your old remote. One thing you may need is an infrared repeater, because this device requires a line of sight, as with any infrared device.
