Got two water leak detectors from my insurance company. One works fine and the other was almost impossible to set up initially. It malfunctioned the first time it detected water and kept beeping and wouldn't reset. I had to pull the batteries. When I tried to put the batteries back in it I had to give up trying to connect it back to wifi. The set up process is just garbage. The "contact support“ button on the settings page goes to a website that doesn't connect to support, it just says "oops."

Using to monitor for leaks. It's a great idea, is fairly easy to install, but the app interface is incredibly frustrating. It often tells me there are alerts, but information on what the alert is, or what the alert symbols mean, is not shown anywhere. Seems to miss the point on the one feature actually needed. Also randomly logs me out so I then get no notifications of any kind until I realize I haven't heard from it in awhile.

Constant crashing amateur programming. stupid interface that does not work, and yet my insurance discount relies on this hack of a program. Had to buy them myself to get discount. II try to connect using sound and app crashes. my phone wants to blacklist the program for constant crashes. Can I give 0 stars? one star implies it has value! Second device needed battery replaced and now it has not reported in for 5 days just because I changed out the batteries. USAA should drop this product recommen
