Smart Agent FWA is a technical tool (mobile app and web dashboard) used for the installation and configuration of 4G/5G FWA solutions in the field.
The tool is designed for Android devices and provides interactive cell maps and speed test capabilities, useful for verifying the correct orientation and installation of the FWA CPE antenna.
A dedicated section allows you to identify 4G/5G cells and their adjacent areas on a map, allowing you to pinpoint the site and cell to which it is best to orient and connect the CPE. All queries to the telco operator's 4G/5G FWA cells are encrypted and tracked, uniquely associated with the technician who made the request.
For each speed test, network and performance parameters are collected in real time, second by second, and displayed in a dedicated dashboard. Comprehensive reporting is available, with automatic export functionality for data integration into third-party environments.
