TwiCell doesn't sell you a phone line — it connects to the Twilio account you already control. Your number, your billing, your rules, no lock-in. Works with a Twilio trial account for testing (verify recipient numbers first), and full Twilio accounts for production use. Twilio error messages are shown in plain language, including A2P 10DLC registration requirements for texting U.S. numbers.

Your credentials and messages are stored securely and never sold or shared with advertisers. Full privacy policy and account deletion are available at any time from Settings or from smartsolutionwebsites.com/twicell.
