A massive letdown at the very beginning itself. This is by far the most frustrating and irritating app which I have ever experienced. I just opened the app to see what's new, as I had logged into my account after a long time on a new device, but the app has become so intrusive. It has put me into a KYC mode, wasting at least 10 minutes looping in form after form. I was so frustrated because I did not intend to sign up for any of the services beforehand.

Truly speaking, everything is great i.e research & Info, Updation, Interface, User- Friendly except Payment & Feedback System. I Get pathetic service though. Every time i do the payment ,it's failed & failed again.everytime I raised a ticket with Scrnshot but no one looks into the matter & solves the problem. only reply email came it will be taken care of, but that's it. Nothing changes, next date same thing happened. There's only one good thing that the failed payment refunded on the same date.

I don't know why you guys have been bombarding me for the so called Genius plan? Those who want it, they will purcharce it. Its that simple! You have been spamming the app in notification, interface, opening, everywhere. I still miss old etmoney app, fluid, clean experience. Now it has become scrap. Rather than holding your loyal customer base, you are loosing them. I am soon switching to different app. Happy annoying advertising.
