Quick mostly ALL done online which was exactly what I needed. First time in signedbmy documents, purchased a lock, which I definitely recommend buying at home Depot I ended up paying more than double for the lock but that's convince for ya lol. We did a quick walkthrough of the property& rules all together 10-15 mins & I was moving on in. The manager was super helpful. The restrooms are tremendous quite tranquil & inviting the whole place makes me feel safe and secure.Thanks for all that you do!

they make it way too hard to pay the bills. also their service is very poor. the company that was there before pocket self storage was way better.

I have never needed to rent a storage before. I had loads of questions. the staff was kind and made the experience very comfortable and easy. the price was cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. Also the unit was bigger than others in the area. Y'all this is the place to go! The app is super easy to set up and the fact I don't have to get out of my car and enter a code to open gates is awesome. Especially here in Houston.
