I have never needed to rent a storage before. I had loads of questions. the staff was kind and made the experience very comfortable and easy. the price was cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. Also the unit was bigger than others in the area. Y'all this is the place to go! The app is super easy to set up and the fact I don't have to get out of my car and enter a code to open gates is awesome. Especially here in Houston.

this is the worse storage place I've ever been to. first off they gave me a price for 4 months then over DOUBLE charging me for the unit.i missed placed my key so they charged me $25.00 for a new lock and another $23.00 to cut the old lock off , when I told them I changed my mind and don't want the lock they told me it was too late no refunds .I don't wish anyone that has to rent a storage unit at this RIP OFF STORAGE place.

This app is awful. Logs out every single time. By the time I get to the storage location I have to log back in.
