Great when it works, but twice this year it has become unusable for weeks at a time (at least at this particular bar) due to a bug that causes a closed tab to be stuck open despite having already been charged on my credit card statement. This happened back on May 4 and again more recently on Dec 17. Until it gets fixed, I'm back to handing in my card to the bartender to handle my tabs. To top it off, it seems to lack any way to get support through the app.

Love the premise, but apparently, they don't understand the idea of a tab. Would be so much better if you could actually run a tab rather than placing a separate order every time.

Crashes at the tab screen. Impossible to close out orders. Just use the web interface instead of this piece of trash.
