After switching to AT&T my mirror would not connect. I tried unplugging 6 times and all recommended tips. Costco's AT&T Conceriage set up a guest name and password. We were on the phone troubleshooting for about 1.5 hours. Once we connected using the manual password and Guest wifi, the app finally accepted. He then told me it must be the app. I rebooted my phone, click the wps on the modem AND FINALLY it's working. I do miss the original format of today & tomorrow's temp. none military time.

I'm so confused and disappointed. I bought an expensive premium mirror just to find out that the feature I paid for extra doesn't work. I followed all the steps multiple times and the app just doesn't connect to the mirror. My WiFi is 2.4G as required. I feel scammed and apparently I'm not the only one.

App (and consequently the mirror) is useless to me because it refuses to connect to my wifi which uses the same name for 2.4 and 5ghz. All other 2.4 appliances i have and their apps will accept my WiFi, but not this one. The "instructions" saying i should change the names of my wifi networks are insulting... There's no way I'll reconfigure my entire network setup (router, access points, appliances, devices) just because an app for a mirror refuses to believe that my wifi is 2.4ghz too.
