I'm so confused and disappointed. I bought an expensive premium mirror just to find out that the feature I paid for extra doesn't work. I followed all the steps multiple times and the app just doesn't connect to the mirror. My WiFi is 2.4G as required. I feel scammed and apparently I'm not the only one.

App (and consequently the mirror) is useless to me because it refuses to connect to my wifi which uses the same name for 2.4 and 5ghz. All other 2.4 appliances i have and their apps will accept my WiFi, but not this one. The "instructions" saying i should change the names of my wifi networks are insulting... There's no way I'll reconfigure my entire network setup (router, access points, appliances, devices) just because an app for a mirror refuses to believe that my wifi is 2.4ghz too.

They still update this app. If you have problems with the time or weather try the option for updating firmware, if it still doesn't work correctly try contacting the developer, that being said, don't expect a response. Even without the response they pushed an update that addressed my concerns so they do listen apparently, or at least noticed the concerns.
