Apps configs needs correction. App can connect and interact with device but refuses to display the correct time and weather location data. Sensor works for indoor temp still but defaults to analog presets or date 01-01-xx and 00:00 or 12:00am. Please advise a fix for this issue OR allow us to use older versions pf the firmware that were working with none or fewer issues. Thank you

Changed to a Mesh Network, mirror stopped connecting, it says it needs to be 2.4, which my wifi is 2.4, 5, and now 6. Phone is on the 6 band and I can't change it sadly, mirror says it needs 2.4, but they are all the same. Same name same password but it can't find itself on my phone. I removed mirror from my phone to start from scratch, now I can't get the mirror to factory reset so I see scan, only Join. No support page or troubleshooting methods is bad. I see I'm not alone. Any help please?

App (and consequently the mirror) is useless to me because it refuses to connect to my wifi which uses the same name for 2.4 and 5ghz. All other 2.4 appliances i have and their apps will accept my WiFi, but not this one. The "instructions" saying i should change the names of my wifi networks are insulting... There's no way I'll reconfigure my entire network setup (router, access points, appliances, devices) just because an app for a mirror refuses to believe that my wifi is 2.4ghz too.
