Ratings and reviews

The app is definitely not user-friendly, but it is not a scam. At least not entirely. Via Get Your Guide I bought tickets for the Acropolis and five other sites. The individual tickets worked, but figuring out how to get to them was a real headache. I could not download the audio guide - when about a third of it had downloaded, the process started over and over again. That was a huge disappointment.

SCAM....we have booked multi attractions pass spending almost £1200 gbp ...but the pass worked for only one attraction and we had to forego amount for other 4 attractions as the pass was not accepted at the ticket counters as the main pass said Acropolis and slopes...customer services are paathetic and technical support numbers go straight to voice mail...requested refund for atleast part of the ticket but refund was rejected ...looks.like this is a total scam...dont buy tickets from this people

Didn't work quite as I hoped. It consistently dropped the link in downloading the Acropolis self-guided tour at 75%. The help line had no issue and blamed my connection, but there was no issue downloading the other files, which were larger. An alternative download location/server/domain would have been nice.
