Ratings and reviews

Didn't work quite as I hoped. It consistently dropped the link in downloading the Acropolis self-guided tour at 75%. The help line had no issue and blamed my connection, but there was no issue downloading the other files, which were larger. An alternative download location/server/domain would have been nice.

I gave these scammers more than 600 euros for 4 tickets. As a result, the application issues an internal error when trying to book passage to the Burj Khalifa. There are never free slots in Legoland and Moutiongate Park. You will never get to these parks using this application. Only 2 out of 4 people were able to enter the Dubai Mall Aquarium. As a result, I had to buy 2 more tickets from the cashier. The app simply does not issue tickets for children. I highly do not recommend this app.

This app is very buggy. We can't add any passes. When clicking the'add pass' button, a window pops up saying Please check connection. When we are able to go to the next window, every time we try to scan the qrcode, it appears as '0' and an error warning saying it couldn't find any details.
