Ratings and reviews

The app is definitely not user-friendly, but it is not a scam. At least not entirely. Via Get Your Guide I bought tickets for the Acropolis and five other sites. The individual tickets worked, but figuring out how to get to them was a real headache. I could not download the audio guide - when about a third of it had downloaded, the process started over and over again. That was a huge disappointment.

the app works fine but there's no way to contact the corporation that runs it. they're slow to respond if they do watch their email. extremely sketchy if they require you to use this app iTunes doesn't work, with the listed companies.

I gave these scammers more than 600 euros for 4 tickets. As a result, the application issues an internal error when trying to book passage to the Burj Khalifa. There are never free slots in Legoland and Moutiongate Park. You will never get to these parks using this application. Only 2 out of 4 people were able to enter the Dubai Mall Aquarium. As a result, I had to buy 2 more tickets from the cashier. The app simply does not issue tickets for children. I highly do not recommend this app.
