Smartway2 is a simple and intuitive way to book workplace resources whilst you're on the move. It enables you to book meeting rooms and desks without having to call into your workplace so that your time is free to get on with your job.
Personalised invitations
First book your space then use the app to invite colleagues to attend. Each will receive a personal invite and you will receive a booking confirmation that you can use to check in at the meeting room display tablet.
Search on the move
You can view and edit all your bookings within the Smartway2 App.
Check in online
Having made your booking you will receive a booking confirmation within the App which you may use to check in at the meeting room panel.
The perfect companion
If you arrive early, use Smartway2's Google integration to find a nearby facility such as a coffee shop. If you are running late, use Smartway2 to let other attendees know.

This app is not usable in any functional way. After 10min, 3 app crashes, and multiple UI glitches, I gave up trying to use this app to book workstations. Time entry is clunky and glitchy. Searching for locations is painful, repetitive, and glitchy. Even selecting stations that *appear* to be open yields a message that three are already booked.

Does it's job but the UI design leaves much to be desired. Very slow, lags a lot. I wish there were push notifications so I knew if my reservation was about to expire (which happens because the "check in" hyperlink is hard to see and press (it's not a button with a large hit box which it should be)). Also I've had this app for months and there have been no updates or improvements to performance or design, which is incredible discouraging.

Does not allow for "book any" or "first avalible" option. Are you using this app to book desks in our office. But a lot of the ones that are shown as green are not even available. And There does not appear to be an option for "any avalible" desk at the location. Which means you just have to keep clicking until it actually lets you book one. This is a bad design.
