Smartwebs Portal app gives mobile access to homeowners in HOA communities utilizing Smartwebs’ HOA Management Software. Homeowners can quickly view all HOA-related activity for their property including open violations, architectural projects, work orders, amenities, community rules, and more. Users can request violations review, submit photos/comments, submit and review architectural requests, and view account payment history, balance, and submit payment through the portal.

Ratings and reviews

I am a Global administrator for my community and the app does not allow me to access the main admin account. The app crashes and closes every time. I have uninstalled it several time but nothing seems to work. This needs to be fixed by the developer.

I just submitted an Architectural approval to our HOA. This is the second time I've had to do it, but first time with the smartwebs portal. It was clear what was needed, easy to submit and fast. I'm so glad to now have a streamlined way to do these things because they were such a pain before!

Smartwebs is difficult to navigate. Font and screen sizes seem to change without my input.
